CBD oil
CBD oil is one of the most common methods of consumption. It is usually sold in bottles with a dropper for precise administration. You will find oils at different percentages: 5%, 10%, 15%, and 20%.
To use CBD oil, simply place a few drops under the tongue, then let them absorb through the mucous membranes for about 30 seconds before swallowing. This method allows CBD to rapidly enter the bloodstream via the vessels under the tongue, thus providing a relatively quick onset of action. CBD oil is often appreciated for its ease of use and versatility.
There are two types of CBD oil: full-spectrum and broad-spectrum. We only offer broad-spectrum CBD oil. It is THC-free, unlike full-spectrum CBD oil.

CBD Infusions
You can infuse hemp flowers or directly choose CBD teas. Hot CBD drinks are very popular among people looking for a mild effect and who want to enjoy other flavors like apple or red fruits... You benefit from the virtues of hemp flowers combined with the properties of other ingredients (fruits and/or plants) such as aid to digestion or "detox" effects.
This method is gentle and takes longer to produce effects, generally between 30 minutes and an hour.
For better absorption of cannabinoids, add a fatty substance to your infusion. Indeed, cannabinoids are fat-soluble. The fatty substance helps to better capture CBD and facilitates its absorption.
The more British among us add milk (dairy or plant-based) or cream. Others prefer a few drops of neutral-flavored vegetable oil (sunflower, grapeseed...). For gourmets, try hazelnut oil! And if you want to increase the effects, opt for CBD oil. This solution is preferable in the evening after a rich meal to facilitate digestion or to help you sleep better.

CBD Vaping
There are two types of products for vaping: e-liquids and CBD distillate. Be careful not to confuse them!
CBD e-liquid is a preparation generally composed of CBD isolate (isolated form of CBD) and propylene glycol (PG) and/or vegetable glycerin (VG), with synthetic or natural flavors.
CBD distillate, on the other hand, is a hemp concentrate with a high CBD content. This concentrate is distilled (purified) to remove any THC present. However, in addition to its high CBD concentration, it retains all the other natural cannabinoids of the cannabis plant, thus benefiting from the entourage effect.
Canebiera's CBD distillate is 100% natural (guaranteed free of food coloring, solvents, preservatives, Propylene Glycol (PG), vegetable glycerin, and Medium Chain Triglycerides (MCT).
Initially obtained by supercritical CO2 extraction, then winterized, filtered, and distilled to remove any impurities. It is also THC-free and contains a powerful CBD content. You can find all cannabinoid levels here.

Potential side effects of CBD
Drowsiness and fatigue
CBD consumption can cause drowsiness and fatigue. This is perfect if you use it in the evening to help you fall asleep. Less ideal if the goal is to reduce pain and you don't necessarily want to fall into the arms of Morpheus.
Therefore, users are advised to avoid driving vehicles or operating machinery until they have gained enough experience with CBD use and its effects.
Pay attention to when you consume it and the dosage. We can never say it enough: observe yourself.
Dry mouth
Some consumers have reported feelings of dry mouth and eyes! Often when consuming CBD oil, vaporized flowers, or vaped distillate. Nothing too serious. If symptoms persist and this sensation is too bothersome, try another form of CBD and consult a doctor.
